Femmecup menstrual cup
I started using menstrual cups a few years ago when I was travelling and I now use a Femmecup (the cheapest available); its brilliant, space saving in the bag (no need for spares), no worries about finding sanitary protection when I am in a strange country and I can wear it all day/night whilst trekking without any worries about leaking. Also, good for swimming in any water, it stops nasty water getting in unlike tampons which suck it in! They also have free Worldwide shipping at the moment.
