I bought this today as a gift for my Mom, but when I connect it to my Win XP laptop it complains that Windows does not recognise the device. I am suppose to replace the device or try to reconnect it.
This is a nuisance as Windows usually recognise USB devices. I am taking this abroad as a gift and now I cant even load the photos on it!

I received one for christmas but cannot load pictures or charge the device as Windows XP does not recognise it. Seems like a waste of money unless the manufacturer can supply the correct download!
Any ideas?

Cant load any pics on it, windows XP or Vista will not regognise it or the drivers, waste of money!
