Dell has unveiled pictures of its take on the Eee PC cheap laptop, this is after head Micheal Dell was seen with one. Dubbed as the mini-inspiron, Dell intend to capitalise on the huge growth market in this area since the EEE PC has Nintendo Wii like success. Will be interested to see more and hear more as info comes to light. Rumours suggest it will have an 8.9 inch screen, and an Intel Atom processor with your choice of XP of Linux Ubuntu operating systems (Ubuntu being a great Free alternative and my pick of the bunch). It will not doubt be targeted at the ultra low cost market like the Eee PC. However it was dissapointing to see retailers hike the price of the EEE PC after it's popularity grew. I am guessing Dell will price this right first time.
